Refund policy

Effective Date: May 2026

EXCHANGES/ CREDIT NOTE ACCEPTED (within 5 days of delivery). NO RETURNS.

We accept exchange requests and credit notes. Contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

Shipping: Customer pays return shipping for exchanges (EXCEPT for defective items/incorrect order by the merchant). 

1. Our Policy At Style Etiquette, we take pride in the quality of our products. We do not offer cash refunds. However, we gladly accept exchanges or issue store credit under the conditions outlined below.

  • Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags still attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories (scarves, belts, jewellery) for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked as final sale

4. How to Request an Exchange/ Store Credit:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at styleetiquette.shop@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to exchange
  • The reason for the exchange
  • Your preferred replacement item or request for store credit

We will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.

5. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer/ unless Style etiquette has made a product error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Style Etiquette cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Store Credit Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase at styleetiquette.co.za.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. In this case, Style Etiquette will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or full store credit.
