1. General By accessing and using styleetiquette.co.za, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Style Etiquette reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason.
2. Products & Pricing All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colours accurately, however slight variations may occur due to screen display differences. Style Etiquette reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Full payment must be received before any order is processed and dispatched.
4. Exchanges & Returns Style Etiquette does not offer cash refunds. We accept exchanges or issue store credit for items returned within 5 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or wrong order was sent out to the customer. Please refer to our full Exchange Policy for details.
5. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, logos, text, and design — is the property of Style Etiquette and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability Style Etiquette shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.
7. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
8. Changes to Terms Style Etiquette reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
