1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
3. Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on orders over a specified amount. Please check our website for current promotions and thresholds.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
